The quality assurance group strives to help PHDS lead the industry in quality by being a strategic enabling partner to internal operations focusing on inspection readiness and fostering continuous improvement. Our quality assurance provides our customers assurance for the verification of subject protection, integrity of data and compliance with regulatory and client requirements. We do this by performing quality assurance audits, providing compliance risk assessment and guidance to our customers, and promoting the pursuit of quality improvement in Good Clinical Practices (GCP)-governed activities.
