Registration and Compliance Manager

Work Location: Beijing

Responsilibities:

1. to establish and maintain knowledge of up-to-date state authorities' regulations;
to work with and assist the business department to define the registration strategy (timeframe, resources, data requirement, order of operation, etc) to achieve product approvals in China, or other countries where required;
2. to organise the preparation of regulatory submissions to the SFDA for registration of new products, variations to marketed products and clinical trial application, when required, achieving 100% compliance for all regulated requirements and conditions;
3. to provide general support to the business department;
4. to be conducted to highest standards of quality and also work in accordance with local and international regulatory CRO requirements, PHDS Standard Operating Procedure and Employee Code of Ethic.

The successful applicant will have:

1. Proven registration and compliance experience;
2. Relevant industry/CRO experience ;
3. Good English knowledge (written and spoken) ;
4. Strong leadership skills;
5. Be a team player .
